Patients are identified on the system through a unique computer-generated PIN which allows various medical service providers to access and share patient clinical records such as consultation notes, laboratory results, radiographer notes, radiologist reports, treatment compliance and prescribed medicine history. The system ensures that no one can view, modify or update patient records without the necessary authorisation.
